Pastor Demond McGrew

Pastor Demond L. McGrew, with roots in Waynesboro, Mississippi, answered his calling in 2009. Licensed to preach by Pastor Curtis Blakely, he trained under Bishop Timothy Jones. With devotion to spiritual growth, he has journeyed worldwide, planting and nurturing ministries. In 2023, he returned to establish True Vine Ministries, inspired by love, family, and community. His commitment brings hope and purpose to Sierra Vista, Arizona.

The Administration Department at True Vine Ministries is a dedicated team of committed and faithful servants who work diligently behind the scenes to ensure that the church operates smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner that honors God. We are the backbone of the ministry — organizing, coordinating, and supporting every department and ministry within True Vine Ministries so that the vision of the pastor can be carried out with excellence and order.

We believe that administration is not just an office function but a spiritual calling. Just as the body of Christ needs every member to function properly, the church needs a strong and organized administrative foundation to fulfill its God given mission in the earth.

The Ministry of Music at True Vine Ministries is a dedicated and anointed team of singers, musicians, and worship leaders who have been called by God to lead the congregation into the presence of the Lord through the power of praise and worship. We believe that music is not merely a performance but a powerful spiritual tool that transforms hearts, heals the brokenhearted, and ushers in the glory of God.

The mission of the hospitality ministry is to provide a welcoming environment of love, acceptance, comfort, support, care, and unity for visitors, members, guests, and friends in order to enhance their worship experience, encourage fellowship, and help build a community of believers.
